Privacy Policy

The “European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data” (hereinafter “GDPR”) provides for the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data as a fundamental right. Pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, we therefore inform you that:

  1. DATA CATEGORIES:Dynamicom Education srl will process your personal data such as:
    • Data collected automatically.The computer systems and applications used to operate this website collect, during their normal operation, certain data (the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols) potentially associated with identifiable users. The data collected includes the IP addresses and domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) ​​addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server response (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the operating system, browser, and IT environment used by the user. This data is processed, for the time strictly necessary, for the sole purpose of obtaining statistical information on site usage and to monitor its proper functioning. Providing this data is mandatory as it is directly related to the web browsing experience.
    • Data provided voluntarily by the user.The voluntary and explicit sending of emails to the addresses indicated in the various access channels of this site does not require consent, and the completion of any specifically designated forms entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s/user’s address and data, which are necessary to respond to requests and/or provide the requested service. Your voluntary sending of emails to our email addresses does not require further information or consent. Instead, specific summary information will be provided or displayed on the site pages dedicated to particular services upon request (forms). Therefore, the user must explicitly consent to the use of the data provided in these forms in order to submit the request.

  4. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS:The legal basis for the processing of your data is your consent and is carried out for the following purpose: Improve your web browsing experience.
  5. DATA RECIPIENTS:Within the limits relevant to the processing purposes indicated, your data may be disclosed to partners, consulting firms, and private companies appointed as Data Processors by the Data Controller, or to comply with legal obligations or to fulfill your specific requests. Your data will not be disclosed in any way unless specifically requested by the data subject.
    The Data Processors and Persons in Charge of Data Processing are identified in the Privacy Policy, which is updated periodically.
  6. RETENTION PERIOD:The collected data will be retained for a period of time no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed (principle of storage limitation, art. 5, GDPR) or in accordance with the deadlines established by law. The obsolescence of the retained data in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is checked periodically.
  7. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS:The data subject always has the right to request from the Data Controller access to their data, rectification or erasure of the same, restriction of processing, or the right to object to processing, to request data portability, or to withdraw consent to processing, exercising these and other rights provided by the GDPR by simply notifying the Data Controller. The data subject may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
  8. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL CONSENT:Providing your data is mandatory when browsing our website.
  9. DATA PROCESSING METHODS:The personal data you provide will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations that govern the Data Controller’s activities. The data will be processed using both computerized tools and paper-based media, as well as any other suitable media, in compliance with the appropriate security measures pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 1, letter F, of the GDPR.

Data Protection Officer (DPO)

DYNAMICOM EDUCATION processes personal data exclusively for purposes strictly related and instrumental to managing customer relationships (for example, obtaining information prior to entering into a contract and/or the need to execute contracts). Specifically, processing occurs to:

  • management of customer/supplier personal data, administrative management, possible sending of information and promotions relating to similar services;
  • legal obligations;
  • self-certification of identity and professional status;
  • the promotion and sale of products and services related to online and classroom medical training communicated through the website and newsletters;
  • the communication of invitations to free and/or paid training events;
  • personal interviews, questionnaires and surveys relating to the interested party’s work activity as well as the detection of the degree of satisfaction with the quality of services and the activities carried out by DYNAMICOM EDUCATION, its Partners, as well as the companies belonging to its business network;
  • the organization of training and information events or networking activities with Partner entities, sometimes even funded ones.
  • data transmission to logistics partners, insurance
  • processing of documentation of the teaching activity carried out, issuing of certificates;
  • management of course accreditation at the Ministry of Health;
  • The legal basis for the aforementioned processing is Article 6.1.a) of the Regulation, as the processing is based on the user’s consent, which they are free to give or withhold and can, in any case, revoke at any time. Providing the data required for these purposes is not mandatory, and refusal to provide it will not result in any negative consequences, except for the impossibility of fulfilling the purposes for which it is requested: e.g., receiving commercial communications, participating in events and/or activities, entering into contracts;
  • Comply with any obligations under applicable laws, regulations, or EU legislation, or respond to requests from authorities; this requirement constitutes the legal basis for the resulting processing. Providing the data necessary for these purposes is a legal obligation. The legal basis for processing personal data for the purposes set out in section 3.2 is Article 6.1.c) of the Regulation.

Processing will be carried out using both traditional methods and electronic or automated systems. The data may be stored in both paper and electronic archives, allowing, where necessary, the identification and selection of aggregated data.
Providing data is optional; however, refusal to provide it would make it impossible to continue using the platform and any type of relationship, as data processing is essential for accessing the system and fulfilling legal obligations.

 

Data Recipients or Categories of Recipients.
Data processing will be primarily carried out by DYNAMICOM EDUCATION.
The personal data provided by users is disclosed to third parties for the purpose of performing the service, the requested performance, and the purposes expressed in the previous paragraph of this policy, and only when necessary for that purpose. For example, the following are disclosed: to software providers for email marketing activities; to software providers for e-learning platforms; to software providers for cloud data management; to public and private entities that fund courses organized by DYNAMICOM EDUCATION; to Italian and foreign partners for the joint management of training and/or information events.
This data is disclosed to those parties to whom such disclosure is required in compliance with an obligation established by law, regulation, or EU legislation.
For reasons functional to the provision of services, the data may also be processed by third parties such as:

  • ECM course organizers;
  • Accredited providers;
  • Legal, commercial, data processing and consultancy firms;
  • State bodies, public entities and other institutions for legal obligations or contractual commitments;
  • Credit institutions and factoring companies;
  • Customers, suppliers, couriers, freight forwarders;
  • Subsidiaries, affiliates and parent companies.

In any case, the data will not be transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

 

Data Subject Rights
Pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation, the data subject has the right to request from DYNAMICOM EDUCATION, at any time, access to his or her personal data, rectification or erasure of the same, or to object to its processing, request restriction of processing in the cases provided for by Article 18 of the Regulation, as well as to obtain the data concerning him or her in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, in the cases provided for by Article 20 of the Regulation.
Requests must be submitted in writing to the contact details indicated in this policy.
In any case, the data subject always has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority (Italian Data Protection Authority), pursuant to Article 77 of the Regulation, if he or she believes that the processing of his or her Personal Data infringes applicable law.

 

Changes.
The Data Controller reserves the right to modify or simply update the content of this policy, in part or in full, including due to changes in applicable legislation. The Data Controller therefore invites its users to regularly visit this section to review the most recent and updated version of the privacy policy, so as to remain up-to-date on the data collected and how DYNAMICOM EDUCATION uses it. To exercise the above rights or for any other requests, please write to the dedicated email address, preferably including “Request to exercise privacy rights” in the subject line.

 

Data retention
Data is retained for the period necessary to carry out the activity and in any case no longer than ten years.
